Hi there folks. This is my first blog and I'm curious to see how it goes. I run a fitness centre and coach sports with kids and I always get the greatest pleasure from helping other people improve their health and fitness. Like many though, I am not so great at practicing what I preach. I've been told I am good at motivating others and have decided that if I blog my attempts to improve myself and by continuing to motivate others via my blog I will gain inspiration myself to become a better person in many ways. Like many thirty something women, I am reasonably good with my exercise habits and eating, but find it comes and goes in waves. I truly believe that we are here to make a difference in other people's lives. I hope that this blog may hit home with someone out there and they may find themselves on the same journey as me towards self imrpovement. ENJOY! SHARE! and POST! Let me know you're here with me :)
